The Saugeen Triathlon Club is sanctioned by Triathlon Ontario. All Club members MUST be members of Triathlon Ontario numbers (formally known as OAT). The Triathlon Ontario fee is $52.00 ($47.00 for Tri Ontario and $5.00 for Tri Canada) for STC members ensure you select Club Athlete. Our online registration allows you to join both the Saugeen Triathlon Club and Triathlon Ontario all in one step.

What does Triathlon Ontario do on your behalf?

 1.       Liaises with the Ministry of Health Promotion on behalf of  our members
2.       Official representative of all Ontario multisport athletes to Triathlon Canada and ITU
3.       Works with Ontario Race Directors to develop the best race calendar in Canada
4.       Official training
5.       administers the NCCP Triathlon Coach Training programme in Ontario
6.       develops training camps, training days and other training opportunities
7.       secures national team qualifying spots on behalf of our members
